The breakfast options featured some delightful traditional regional home-made products, and the staff member in charge was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, I faced significant issues during the stay, including rude behavior from the front desk staff when I simply inquired about milk for my coffee. Additionally, management's refusal to address my wife's allergy concerns regarding feather pillows created unnecessary discomfort. A cockroach in our room on the first day further spoiled the experience, overshadowing the otherwise nice beach view from the room.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the well-kept pool area and the convenient breakfast options. The staff were warm and attentive, creating a welcoming environment for my family. The kids particularly loved the colourful decorations around the place.

During my stay, I loved the friendly staff and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was definitely the highlight of the morning. it felt like the perfect start before venturing out to explore nearby attractions like the Museo De Arte De Bayamon, just about 5.5 kilometers away, and the beautiful Cienaga de las Cucharillas, less than 5 kilometers from the hotel.

The views from the room were nice, and the staff did try to help when asked. The breakfast they offered, while not extravagant, was decent enough for the start of the long days.
